Sausage and mustard peppers. A delicious main course that’s finger-licking good! Simple, ideal for festive and rustic evenings. When time is short, choosing the right recipes makes it pleasant and rewarding to sit at the table with homemade cooking, without always resorting to overly packaged food.
This time, for the recipe, I paired it with beer bread, a superb combination, a fragrant and flavorful meeting.
I used a sausage bought from my trusted butcher, with wild fennel, although it’s not traditional in Piedmont. Bell pepper, but even bull’s horn pepper works fine. I then added mustard with seeds inside, spicy, to enhance the flavor because I wanted it to be a main course with character.
