Air Fryer Ricotta Cake

Air Fryer Ricotta Cake a new dessert to add to my other Cakes, all delicious and super soft, perfect for both breakfast and the whole family’s snack!

With the arrival of summer, and of Diana, I’ve started cooking small cakes all in the air fryer because I don’t want to turn on the oven as it’s hot and it would significantly raise the temperature in the house, so I tried the Apple Cake in Air Fryer, the Orange Cake in Air Fryer this winter, then the Soft Cake in Air Fryer which was a huge success and now I’ve decided to prepare this Ricotta Cake in Air Fryer to which I’ve also added a little bit of dark chocolate because I have a sweet tooth!

Different from my MARGHERITA CAKE but nothing to envy in terms of softness and ease and speed of preparation!

If you love desserts and want to make full use of the air fryer, don’t miss the AIR FRYER MUFFINS and the STUFFED APPLES in AIR FRYER or the PLUMCAKE WITH GREEK YOGURT!

  • Pour the batter for the ricotta cake into the mold and level the surface with a spatula.

Place the mold inside the basket of the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 35 minutes.

At the end, check the cake’s doneness with a toothpick. If it comes out dry, your cake is ready. Remove it from the oven and let it cool before removing it from the pan. Otherwise, continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Dust the cake’s surface with powdered sugar and serve.
