Muffin recipe
My secret recipe, to try immediately
Because muffins are delicious and win everyone over!
The base is the same, then we can unleash our imagination.
Classic, with almonds, with apples, with chocolate… With muffins, we can really unleash our imagination. At the moment I am preparing them flavored with rum and pistachio cream with final sprinkles, the second part with caramel and sprinkled sugar
They are very easy to make, it’s important to distribute the ingredients well, work them quickly, and go into baking; with the muffin dough, you can also make cakes filled with cream and fruit. They are spectacular for softness and deliciousness. You can make them two-colored, unleash your creativity
The ingredients are very simple and available every day. In just 10 minutes of work and about twenty minutes of baking, you will have a delicious breakfast or snack. Now that Christmas is approaching, you can consider preparing many little packages as a welcome gift; just decorate them with small Christmas candies and package them magically. You’ll make a great impression and solve many small gift thoughts, and of course, they’ll ask you for the recipe
Now get to work, and good luck. This is the base, and in the pictures, I will show you some variants

Ingredients
Flour, eggs, milk, and oil… In a few minutes, the mixture will make the house smell wonderful.
The aromatic combinations are many, and I have excluded from the list the ingredients listed below
Apples and almond flakes on top, chocolate and pistachio cream (I use a spreadable cream to add before baking), chocolate and hazelnut cream, custard, lemon, blueberries…
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (You can also use whole wheat or spelt flour.)
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil (Peanut or sunflower)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 vial vanilla extract
Tools
I use silicone muffin cups and the muffin mold, it’s convenient with twelve slots, and it’s useful for other recipes, both savory and sweet
Steps
Few but good… The secret is to let the ingredients create their mixture, do not overwork the dough
In a bowl or stand mixer, put the liquid part of the ingredients and mix with a whisk for two minutes
Then add the flour, sugar, and baking powder, already mixed together carefully; mix for a few minutes; the mixture will quickly reach the right consistency
Finally, add the flavors or fruit… In this case, apples inside and almond flakes on top. Bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes
Chocolate chips
Pistachio cream and sprinkles flavored with rum
Hazelnut and chocolate
Caramel and brown sugar
Chocolate and chocolate cream
Vanilla
Muffins can be stored for two or three days. At most, they can dry out a little; in the fridge, they become a bit harder. To consume them, take them out half an hour before or give them a quick heat in the microwave.
You can also top them with creams and fresh or dried fruit
