- 3 boiled potatoes

How to prepare Baked or Air Fryer Ham and Potato Rolls
Let’s start preparing the Baked or Air Fryer Ham and Potato Rolls, boil the potatoes or steam them. Once they are cooked, place them on a plate and mash them with a fork.
Add mustard, a pinch of salt, pepper, and chopped parsley to the potatoes, mix everything well.
Take a slice of ham and place it on a cutting board, add some filling on the edge to form a log, roll the ham slice to form the roll.
Place the rolls in an oven-safe baking tray and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top of the rolls, preferably with the sprayer, bake for 15 minutes in a static oven.
Place a paper liner in the air fryer basket and add the cooked ham rolls, add some extra virgin olive oil and cook at 360°F for 7 minutes.
