This is the classic day-saving recipe: quick dough, soft and delicious texture, guaranteed result even if you’re not a dessert wizard. The chocolate chips make them irresistible and the fact that they’re butter-free makes them lighter, but without sacrificing taste. In 5 minutes they’re ready to bake and the house immediately smells wonderful.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour (the one you usually use)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2.1 oz sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2.1 oz sugar
  • 4 teaspoons water
  • 0.7 oz chocolate

Steps

  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add the salt, baking powder, sugar, egg, oil and mix, then add the water or milk and the chocolate chopped with a knife.

  • Mix well, you will get a sticky mixture.

  • Using 2 spoons, form the cookies on parchment paper, bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.

  • Or in the air fryer at 350°F for 5 minutes, then flip them and cook another 3 minutes.
