MINI YULE LOGS of PANDORO with Nutella, perfect single-serving treats for the Christmas holidays, ideal for recycling leftover pandoro or panettone with just 3 delicious ingredients.
The MINI YULE LOGS of PANDORO with Nutella are those clever treats you prepare in five minutes and look like they’ve come from a pastry shop. Small, delicious, single-serving, perfect for the Christmas holidays and ideal for recycling leftover pandoro or panettone without much hassle. Three ingredients: pandoro, Nutella, and a bit of creativity. That’s it. No oven, no waiting, just a strong desire to bite into a super soft and super chocolatey roll.
I always prepare them when I have guests and want a scenic dessert, cheap, quick, and irresistible. The beauty of mini yule logs is that they stand out on the tray, are perfect for buffets and Christmas dinners, and disappear in a second (trust me, put them aside before it’s too late).
Nutella pairs perfectly with pandoro: wrap, cut, cover, and you immediately have a dessert that smells of celebration. And of course, you can customize them as you like: coconut, hazelnut crumbs, white chocolate, Christmas sprinkles… anything goes, as long as it’s delicious.

Tips for a perfect result
Slightly flatten the pandoro slices for a more compact roll.
If the Nutella is too thick, heat it for 10 seconds (it becomes more spreadable).
Let the yule logs rest in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up well.
For an even more festive version, cover them with melted chocolate and coconut.
Use a serrated knife for a precise cut without squashing the pandoro.
