Ingredients
- 2 slices sandwich bread (or bread for sandwiches)
- 0.71 oz ricotta
- 0.71 oz gorgonzola
- 2 walnuts

Steps
Flatten the bread with a rolling pin and cut it with a 2.75-inch mold.
Mix the ricotta with the gorgonzola, stir, add a bit of milk if needed, the crumbled walnuts, a sprinkle of pepper and salt.
Fill half of the stars with the cheese cream then add a piece of provola cheese and cubed speck.
Pair the stars and press them well then arrange them on the oven tray, oil and bake at 356°F for 6-7 minutes or in the air fryer at 347°F for 4 minutes.
