Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 10.5 oz ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 5 oz scamorza cheese
- 7 oz zucchini
Steps
Roll out the puff pastry sheet in a 8-9 inch pie pan.
Mix the ricotta with the eggs and a pinch of salt and pour it into the shell.
Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and place them on the tart, add slices of scamorza cheese, drizzle with oil, fold the excess pastry over the filling and bake at 392°F for about 20 minutes.
Keep an eye on the oven.
