Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 7 oz goat cheese
- 3.5 oz fresh cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3.5 oz salami (or mixed cured meats)
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, eggs, and oil, knead well, make a ball and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After the time has passed, divide the dough into two parts one larger and one smaller which will be used for the strips.
Roll out the larger part and place it in a 9-inch pan, fill with the cheeses and salami or deli meats, then beat the eggs in a plate with a fork and pour them over the filling.

Bake in a hot oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
