Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4.23 oz powdered sugar
- 4.23 oz all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8.82 oz milk cream, 12% fat (camy cream)
Steps
Mix the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs, beat well, and add flour with baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a square or rectangular baking pan, I used an 8-inch one, and bake at 356°F for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the camy cream following this RECIPE, whip all the ingredients, you can add nutella, jam, pistachio paste, whatever you prefer or leave it plain.
Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool, and cut it in half, fill with the cream, dust with powdered sugar, and package the mini cakes.
