Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 5.3 oz speck
- 3.5 oz provolone
Steps
Remove the pastry from the fridge at least 15 minutes before using it.
Roll out the pastry and divide it into 8 or 12 wedges.
First, cut it in half, then cut those halves in half again, then cut diagonally as you would for pizza.
Roll them, fold the tips inward, and place them on the baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, let the croissants cool, then cut and fill them with speck, cheese, and arugula.
Of course, you can fill them before baking; I preferred to bake them plain to decide later how to fill them.
