Ingredients for the PARMESAN CANNOLI
- 1.41 oz grated parmesan
- ricotta
- ham
- tuna
- olives
- stracchino
Steps
Cut out circular parchment paper sheets to fit the pan.
Heat the pan, place the parchment paper sheet and pour one and a half tablespoons of parmesan.
Spread and flatten quickly to form a disc about 3 inches in diameter, you can make them larger with 2 tablespoons of parmesan.
Lower the heat as soon as the cheese starts melting and let it lightly brown, then remove the sheet from the pan and place it on a flat surface.
Roll slightly on the metal cannoli, move the paper and continue rolling, hold for a few seconds, and slide the metal cannoli off.
This operation takes only a few minutes for each cannoli, then place them on a plate or cutting board and let them harden completely, just a few minutes.
At this point, they’re ready to be filled as you prefer, you can make any mousse with a creamy cheese and fill them with a piping bag.
