Ingredients
- 1.41 oz pecorino
- 1.41 oz provola
- 1.06 oz cooked ham
- 1.06 oz salami
- 1.06 oz speck
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.21 oz fresh yeast
- 1.14 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in water, pour the flour into a bowl, place the salt on one side, then pour the water a little at a time and mix.
