Ingredients
- 6 sheets phyllo pastry (or rice sheets)
- 2 carrots
- Half Chinese cabbage (or regular cabbage, or savoy cabbage)
- 3.5 oz bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 fresh spring onion (or half an onion)
Steps
Cut the vegetables into julienne strips, wash them and cook them in a pan with oil.
Add salt and soy sauce just before the end of cooking, when everything is softened.
Place 3 sheets of phyllo pastry on the work surface and cut them into 4 parts. If using rice sheets, follow the instructions on the package; they need to be moistened quickly and blotted.
Place one or two tablespoons of filling on the lower part, the one towards you, then fold a bit of pastry over the filling to prevent spills.
Fold in the sides and roll up.
Cook in a pan with a little oil until they become crispy.
