PUFF PASTRY ROSES with SALAMI very quick

Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 5.3 oz salami
  • 2.8 oz provola cheese

Steps

  • Take the puff pastry out of the fridge 10 minutes before using it, then cut it into 5-6 strips.

  • Fill with slices of salami and slices of provola, fold the puff pastry slightly over the filling, and roll it up.

  • Widen the top part of the roll to make it look like a rose.

  • Place the roses in a muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil and keep an eye on the oven to prevent the surface from burning too much.

  • Remove from the oven and serve.
