- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- 3.5 oz salami
- 5 oz mozzarella (or provolone)
- 7 oz speck
- 2/3 cup water
- Half teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp fresh yeast
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Steps
