Preparation of Soft and Delicious Sugar-Free Pancakes!

  • In a bowl, sift the flour and baking powder after weighing them, then add the stevia and quickly mix with a spoon.

  • Now add the water, oil, and egg to the bowl and mix with a hand whisk until you get a medium-density, lump-free mixture (it will take about 7/8 minutes). Let it rest for 15 minutes before proceeding with cooking.

  • After 15 minutes, give it a quick stir again and place the non-stick pan on a small burner over the lowest flame. When it’s hot, pour a heaping half-ladle of the mixture in the center, wait for bubbles to form on the surface, then flip the pancake with a kitchen spatula and cook for another 1/2 minutes. Continue this way until all the batter is used up.

  • Every time you finish cooking a pancake, place it on a plate (a regular flat plate is fine) until all the ingredients are used. Enjoy the sugar-free pancakes; they’re great both hot and cold, and both plain or filled!
