Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp instant yeast for savory preparations

- 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, salt, rosemary, a little water, and the oil.
Start mixing by adding the rest of the water.
Move the dough onto a board and work it a bit to make it smoother, it appears somewhat torn, but this is not a problem.
Break off small pieces and roll them into balls on the palm of your hand.
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the gnocchetti, turning them over, it takes just a few minutes. As soon as they take color, remove them from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
Serve with a sprinkle of oregano or Parmesan.
