Vegetables Stuffed and Cooked in Air Fryer

What better season to prepare stuffed vegetables? Today, given the abundant season, I prepared stuffed eggplants, zucchinis, and peppers. Cooked in an air fryer. With this heat, it’s very convenient, plus it saves me time, so even better. I steamed the zucchinis and eggplants for a few minutes in the microwave.

Preparing stuffed vegetables is very easy, I used what I had at home but you can add more to the stuffing. If you also love vegetables, I recommend:

  • Difficulty: Very Easy

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 pepper

Tools

Steps
