Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs mixed ground meat
- 1.8 oz salami
- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- 5.3 oz provola cheese
- 2 tbsps grated parmesan cheese
- 1 unit egg
- 2 slices bread
Steps
In a bowl, place the meat, soaked bread, salt, pepper, parmesan, and the egg, and mix the ingredients well.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on a sheet of parchment paper and place the meat, form a rectangle, and stuff with salami and ham, add sliced provola, and roll with the help of the paper.
Wrap the meatloaf in parchment paper and place it on the oven tray, bake in the hot oven at 356°F for about 20-30 minutes.
