- Difficulty: Very Easy
- Cost: Very Cheap
- Preparation time: 15 Minutes
- Cooking time: 15 Minutes
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- as needed sugar
- as needed powdered sugar
Steps
Note: I used a round puff pastry cut into a rectangle, so the pastries are smaller.
Roll out the pastry, sprinkle it with both types of sugar, and roll it up.
With a smooth-edged knife, cut lengthwise, making an incision along the entire pastry until the first layer of pastry, which should remain intact.
With the knife, cut into pieces about 0.75 inches and place them gradually on parchment paper.
Bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes, check the oven, they should turn golden, and the sugar should melt until shiny.
