Green Beans with Tomato

What better season to prepare green beans with tomato than this one??

Green beans are perfect for salads, but today I decided to prepare them in a slightly different way. With tomato. They are really easy to prepare and require very few ingredients. Green beans with tomato are delicious cold, and I assure you it will be impossible not to mop up the sauce. You might also be interested in:

Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbs green beans
  • to taste oil and salt
  • 1 onion
  • 14 oz tomato pulp

Tools

  • Ladle wooden

Steps

  • In a sufficiently large pan, sauté 1 chopped onion with some oil.

  • After about 10 minutes, add 14 oz of tomato pulp, adjust the salt, and cook for another 10 minutes.

  • Wash 2.2 lbs of green beans, trim the ends, and add them to the tomato. If the green beans are very long, cut them in half. Mix well, cover with a lid, and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Serve hot or even cold.
