Ingredients
- 2 slices pandoro
- 2.8 oz amaretti
- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 1/4 cup sugar
Steps
Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
Place the mascarpone in a bowl, add the cream and sugar and whip with electric beaters, then add a portion of coffee and whip again, then crumble the amaretti and fold them into the cream.
Dilute the remaining coffee with water or liquor.
Slice the pandoro halves lengthwise to obtain 4 thinner slices.
Place 2 pandoro slices on the bottom of a baking dish or serving plate, and soak with some coffee mixture.
Layer with a layer of cream and cover with pandoro, repeat until all ingredients are used, decorate with some crumbled amaretti, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
