- 1 slice cooked ham
- 2 slices Milano salami
- 2 slices speck
- 3.5 oz pesto
- 1.75 oz béchamel
- 2.1 oz provola cheese
Steps
For the recipe, I used ready-made pesto and béchamel, of course you can make everything at home if you have time.
Cut the cold cuts and cheese into pieces.
Take the puff pastry out of the fridge 10 minutes before using it and draw a cross, then cut diagonally until you get 16 triangles.
Fill with the cold cuts and pesto, you can make 4 different flavors, roll and arrange them in a circle next to each other on the tray lined with paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes, be careful not to burn them.
Remove from the oven and place them on the serving plate, mix the pesto with béchamel or alternatively cooking cream, ricotta, or creamy cheese, and place it in a small bowl in the center of the wreath.
Decorate with rosemary sprigs, or arugula or slices of lime, orange, or lemon.
