- Difficulty: Very Easy
- Cost: Very Cheap
- Preparation time: 15 Minutes
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 packet vanillin
- 1 tbsp ricotta
- 1 tbsp Nutella®
Steps
Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
Add the flour with the baking powder, sifted, lemon juice or vanillin little by little, mixing from bottom to top to avoid deflating the mixture.
I usually use a food processor, running it slowly so as not to deflate the batter.
Pour the mixture into a 8-inch square pan lined with parchment paper.
Mix the ricotta with the Nutella and spoon it onto the batter; in a 8-inch pan, you can make 9 pieces so you need 9 spoonfuls of filling, of course you can add more to your liking.
Add an additional spoonful of Nutella on each filling and bake for about 25 minutes.
Check with a toothpick before removing from the oven.
Remove the cake and cut into pieces.
Bon appétit
