Quick Savory Roll without Yeast

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (paper cups)
  • 1 cup sparkling water (sparkling)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 oz cooked ham
  • 9 oz mozzarella
  • as needed cherry tomatoes

Steps

  • Pour all the ingredients of the basic dough into a bowl and knead until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass, if necessary add a little flour, the dough should be soft, not sticky.

  • Take the dough, roll it out on the work table and fill with slices of ham, chopped mozzarella, and sliced cherry tomatoes.

  • Roll it up, close the ends and bake in the hot oven at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes.
