- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 1/2 tbsp water
- 1 pinch salt
- as needed orange juice
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 oz walnuts
- 1 oz almonds
- 1 1/3 tbsp honey
Steps
Prepare the dough, place the flour in a bowl, add orange zest and juice, the egg, sugar, and oil, knead well and add water if needed.
Chop the walnuts and almonds, roll out the dough on a floured surface and fill with the nuts, add honey and roll up.
Seal the ends, cut the roll into 6 pieces without separating them, place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cut the biscuits, dust with powdered sugar and serve warm or cold.
