Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.75 oz almonds
  • 0.7 oz hazelnut granules
  • 0.4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk (if needed)
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 drops vanilla
  • 1.1 oz raisins

Steps

  • Pour the flour with the baking soda into a bowl, add the sugar, the egg, the almonds (with skin), the raisins soaked in water or rum, washed and patted dry, the salt, and the granules.

  • Mix the ingredients and add the yolk if needed.

  • Make two loaves and place them on the oven tray covered with parchment paper.

  • Bake and cook in a preheated oven at 355°F for 10 minutes, then remove and cut into 1.5 cm thick slices.

  • Place the cookies on the tray and put back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
