Ingredients

  • 4.6 oz whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1.8 oz arugula
  • 1.1 oz gorgonzola
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 hot chili pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 0.35 oz Parmesan cheese

Steps

  • In the frying pan, with two tablespoons of oil, brown the garlic with the chili pepper.

  • Add the gorgonzola and, with minimal heat, let it melt slowly until it forms a cream.

  • The pasta sauce is ready. Adjust the salt, turn off the heat, and keep warm.

  • Boil the spaghetti al dente. I used whole wheat, you can choose as you prefer.

  • Toss the spaghetti with the gorgonzola in the pan and a ladle of pasta cooking water. Add the arugula and grated Parmesan and serve the spaghetti immediately.

  • And here they are, ready and fragrant, the arugula and gorgonzola spaghetti.
