Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 oz sugar
- 1 3/4 oz all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 oz chocolate
- 3 1/2 oz yogurt
- 3 1/2 oz almonds
- 1 tsp baking powder (optional, I didn't use it)
Steps
Chop half of the almonds with a knife and grind the other half with a mixer, then place them in a bowl. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the yogurt in a double boiler.
Add the sugar and flour to the chopped almonds and mix, then add the eggs and stir with a spoon.
When the chocolate is melted, add it to the rest of the ingredients, stir quickly with the spoon for a minute or two. When you stop, you’ll notice bubbles, and the batter is ready.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured 8-inch pan, bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.
