- 9 oz potatoes
- 3.5 oz all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Place the pumpkin in a bowl and mash with a fork, add the grated potatoes, flour, salt, and work with a fork while adding water gradually.
Grease a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pour the mixture, drizzle with oil and level well to achieve a thickness of about a quarter inch or lower if you can.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 15 minutes, it should turn golden, if you want it crunchier, bake it under the grill for 5 minutes at max.
