Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs potatoes
- 7 oz peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 white onion
- to taste dried oregano
- to taste pepper
- to taste salt
Steps

Continue layering until all ingredients are used, then add oil and water. I didn’t use water myself. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 30 minutes.
Check the potatoes and continue for another 5 minutes to form a crust.
