- 4.2 oz ladyfingers
- 1.8 oz almonds
- lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1.8 oz sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 egg
Steps
Chop the almonds with the sugar and lemon zest using a mixer.
Add the cookies, lemon juice and blend everything, combine the egg with the mixture and mix.
Place parchment paper on the baking sheet and position the diamond-shaped mold of 2 3/4 or 4 inches and pour the mixture then remove the mold and make the other cookies.
Bake and cook in the hot oven for 10-15 minutes, they need to dry.
Remove from the oven and place them on a rack.
Melt the chocolate with cream in a bain-marie and cover the mostaccioli, garnish with lemon zest and let rest for 1 or 2 hours.
