Paccheri with Monkfish

PACCHERI WITH MONKFISH or anglerfish, a typical Neapolitan pasta dish with simple and tasty fish, perfect recipe for a quick fish menu.

How delicious are paccheri with monkfish? I would say very, to prepare a good sauce I also added a couple of blue crabs and the result was really excellent.

The recipe for paccheri with monkfish is very simple, of course, you need to get a monkfish and if you want some crabs to enrich the flavor of the dish, paccheri and tomatoes, I used piennolo tomatoes for a creamier sauce.

Perfect for a fish-based menu even for the upcoming Christmas holidays, if you buy fresh fish in advance, clean and freeze it, or prepare the sauce and freeze it.

This dish is often considered a delicacy due to the high cost of fish, first courses with monkfish are prepared almost everywhere and the combination with cherry tomatoes is perfect.
