Ingredients

  • 1 3/5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 6.8 oz water
  • 1/2 packet baking powder
  • Half teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 3 eggs

Steps

  • Cook with the lid on over low heat, then remove it from the pan and let it cool.

  • Cut in half and fill with pistachio cream.

  • Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
