- 2.8 oz provolone cheese
- 0.4 cup tomato sauce
Steps
Remove the stem from the eggplants, then make lengthwise cuts and sprinkle with salt. Let them rest for about an hour.
Wash the eggplants and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
Stuff the cuts with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese, place in the air fryer, oil them, and cook at 375°F for 15 minutes.
Then remove from the air fryer, add the sliced provolone, and return to the fryer to cook for about 3 minutes.
Of course, you can cook everything in a pan with a closed lid or in the oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
