  • 7 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp water (cold)
  • 3 1/2 oz zucchini
  • 3 1/2 oz provola cheese
  • 1/3 cup cooking cream (or bechamel)
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 3 1/2 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
