- 0.4 cup water
- Half teaspoon salt
- 1.5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Steps
In a saucepan, pour the required water, add the salt and olive oil, and heat slightly.
Pour the liquid into the bowl containing the chickpea flour and mix using a spatula.
