Ingredients

  • 4.5 oz chickpea flour
  • 0.4 cup water
  • Half teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste mixed seeds

Steps

  • In a saucepan, pour the required water, add the salt and olive oil, and heat slightly.

  • Pour the liquid into the bowl containing the chickpea flour and mix using a spatula.

  • Shape the dough into small walnut-sized balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • Dampen your fingers in a bowl of water and flatten the balls into a circular shape.

  • Lightly brush the disks with water and sprinkle the mixed seeds on top.
    Bake at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes until golden.

The chickpea flour snacks are great to accompany your cold cuts like bresaola or roasted turkey breast for a light dinner without too many demands.
