Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 7 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 8 3/4 oz mascarpone
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 8 3/4 oz custard (coffee flavored)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Steps
Prepare the coffee custard following the recipe HERE and also add the cocoa, let it cool in a bowl covered with cling film.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, egg, and butter in pieces, a pinch of salt and knead well, wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Take the dough and roll it out in a 9-inch pie pan lined with parchment paper, prick it with a fork, place some beans on top to prevent it from puffing up, and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
Mix the mascarpone with the powdered sugar and the instant coffee.
Remove from the oven and fill with custard then with the mascarpone, let it cool well, even in the fridge if you prefer.
