Cold Lemon and Coconut Tart

The COLD LEMON AND COCONUT TART consists of a cookie base, a creamy filling of cream and mascarpone, and an exotic coconut flavor with a hint of lemon.

Cookies are one of the key ingredients to create the cold lemon and coconut tart. Use dry cookies, preferably butter or chocolate ones, to create the crunchy base of the tart. Crush the cookies until they reach a sand-like consistency and mix with melted butter to create a solid base for the tart.

For the filling, cream and mascarpone are the main ingredients. This combination creates a creamy and rich consistency for the filling. Coconut adds an exotic flavor to the tart, which perfectly complements the lemon, creating a truly irresistible cold lemon and coconut tart.
