COLD CHOCOLATE AND COFFEE TART, a refreshing and delicious dessert that combines the creaminess of coffee cream with the richness of chocolate. What makes this tart unique is the cookie dough, which is butter and oil-free, yet crispy and delicious.
Do you crave a fresh, tasty dessert that’s different from the usual? The cold chocolate and coffee tart is for you! It has a crispy base of cookie dough, without butter or oil, but super flaky, and on top, a chocolate and coffee cream that melts in your mouth.
The cookie dough is easy to prepare with a few ingredients: flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, and eggs. The trick to making it light and crispy? Add a bit of potato starch and don’t overwork the dough. It’s baked in the oven, left to cool… et voilà, you have the perfect base!
Then comes the best part: a cold dark chocolate cream with a touch of coffee that gives it an extra kick. You pour it over the base, put everything in the fridge to set, and you’re done.
