Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour (the one you usually use)
- 5 oz smooth escarole
- 10 black olives
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- provola cheese
Steps
I used leftover escarole, anyway wash the escarole and boil it for about 5 minutes, just enough time to wilt it, then thoroughly drain all the water.
Season with pitted olives, pine nuts, salt and mix.
Roll out the pastry with a rolling pin and cut with a 4-inch cutter, fill with the stuffing, a slice of provola cheese and fold in half.
Seal the edges and cook at 356°F for about 10-12 minutes or in an air fryer at 392°F for 8 minutes, turning them.
