Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/5 cups sugar
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 0.7 oz chocolate chips
- 0.7 oz candied fruit
- 1 egg white
- 2 drops lemon juice
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Steps
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume with an electric mixer.
Gradually add the flour with the baking powder, lemon juice, alternating with the milk.
Add the chocolate and candied fruit, mix well and pour the mixture into a 8-inch ring mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 25 minutes, remove from oven and let cool.
Whip the egg white with a pinch of salt, then add the lemon juice and sugar.
Pour the sugar over the cake and decorate with colored sprinkles.
