  • 5 tbsp water
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast for savory preparations

  • 3 oz smoked provola

Steps

  • Pour the flour with the yeast into a bowl, add the oil and water, work with your hands then move to the slightly floured surface.

  • Roll out the dough with the rolling pin, cut it into 6 rectangles of about 4 x 3 inches.

  • Brush a pan with oil, heat the oil and place the pizzas, cook both sides with a closed lid, then top with the tomato puree, pieces of provola, and oregano.

  • Brush with oil and cook for a few more minutes with the lid closed.
