Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch fresh yeast
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 1 egg
- as needed Nutella®
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lemon zest
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and set aside.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, a pinch of salt, and the grated lemon zest, mix, add the butter in pieces and the milk, mix well.
Cover the dough and let it rest covered with film for 3 hours at room temperature.
After the time has passed, take the dough and work it a bit with oiled hands and add a little flour, just enough to prevent it from sticking to your hands.
Place the dough in the bowl, close with film, and let rest for another 3 hours.
At rising, take the dough and roll it out on the floured surface, make a sort of pizza and draw a cross, then trace the diagonals and get 8 triangles.
Fill the triangles with Nutella, then roll starting from the base, curve the tips inward, brush with an egg yolk and add the sugar sprinkles.
Let rest for 20 minutes then bake in the hot oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
