Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 14 oz Swiss chard
- 2 anchovies in salt
- 7 oz mozzarella
Steps
Clean the Swiss chard well, in a large pan put the oil and the desalted, washed, and patted anchovies, let them dissolve.
Add the Swiss chard, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes, then let cool.
Remove the puff pastry from the fridge 10 minutes before use and place it on the work surface then make diagonal cuts on the sides of the pastry.
