Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 3.5 oz tuna
- 2 tbsps mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2.5 oz smoked provola cheese
Steps
Remove the puff pastry from the fridge 10 minutes before using and place it on the work surface.
Cut a cross with the knife and then draw diagonals, 8 or 16 if you’re making small buffet croissants.
Drain the tuna in a bowl, add the mayonnaise and mix, then add the provola cheese cut into small pieces and mix.
Fill the base of the croissants with the filling and roll starting from the base, then curve the tips inward, brush with an egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place the croissants on the baking tray or in the fryer and cook for about 15 minutes, in the air fryer cook at 356°F for 7 minutes, turn and cook another 3 minutes.
