Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

  • After rising, divide the dough into 14 or 20 pieces, flatten each piece on the palm of your hand and fill with cream.

  • Close them into balls and arrange them in a 9.5-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper or on the tray and make 2 concentric circles, one smaller and the other obviously larger.

  • Let rest for 30 minutes, then preheat the oven to 356°F and bake for 20 minutes, do a toothpick test to check if it’s cooked inside.
