Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3.5 oz butter
- 2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder

Pour the flour with the baking powder and sugar into a bowl, add the butter and egg, knead well, then divide the dough into two parts.
Add the cocoa to half of the dough and knead well, divide the dough into 7-8 pieces and make rolls.
Pair the rolls and twist them around each other, then curve one end to form a handle or use Christmas-shaped cutters or any you prefer and place them on the baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 12 minutes.
