Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs prawns
- 2 oranges
- as needed breadcrumbs
Steps
Clean the prawns, remove the shell and the intestine using a toothpick.
Arrange them in a baking dish, oil them and sprinkle with some orange juice and breadcrumbs.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 10 minutes.
Prepare a dressing with orange juice, oil, and breadcrumbs, salt and pepper if you like.
Remove the prawns from the oven, place them on a serving dish, and season with the dressing. Don’t overdo the breadcrumbs as they absorb liquids.
